AWARDING OF SPECIFIC CONTRACTS
· For each of the 3 LOTs, up to twenty (20) consortiums will be awarded per lot.
· The cascade mechanism has been replaced by a Reopening of Competition.
· Award criteria: 70% quality / 30% price.
